Avocado toast with slivered almonds and honey

  1. Toast the bread until crisp.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, peel it with a spoon, slice it and drizzle it with lemon juice.
  3. Toast the almonds in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown, drizzle each slice of bread with a drizzle of honey, add the avocado slices and toasted almonds, season with honey, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and serve immediately.
