Avocado toast with slivered almonds and honey

- 4 slices of rye bread
- 2 avocadoS
- 50 g honey
- 50 g almonds
- 1 lemon
- To taste Extra virgin olive oil
- To taste Salt
- To taste pepper
- Toast the bread until crisp.
- Cut the avocado in half, peel it with a spoon, slice it and drizzle it with lemon juice.
- Toast the almonds in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown, drizzle each slice of bread with a drizzle of honey, add the avocado slices and toasted almonds, season with honey, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and serve immediately.
