THE Mission
Our mission sums up our strategy for today and for the next hundred years: "to enable fruit to be consumed long after harvesting, without compromising its nutritional content, by focusing on innovation and building the best possible relationship with our customers and end consumers." In practice, Noberasco's strategy translates into the constant improvement of the quality and naturalness of its products; the creation of new consumption opportunities; and a constant focus on innovation to anticipate market trends.
Future goals
The production process boasts cutting-edge technologies that are unique in the sector and guarantees the superior quality of Noberasco's range, consisting of soft products without preservatives and a wide range of technical packs. In addition to its established partnerships in Italy, many new collaborations with foreign countries have recently been launched, which is why the Group's primary objective for the near future is to become the leading supplier in Europe and worldwide.
CODE OF ETHICS
The Code of Ethics is "THE" document that aims to codify the ethical and behavioral principles that characterize relations with internal staff and third parties (consultants, suppliers of goods and services, partners, and others) in the conduct of business activities.
The principles contained in the "Code of Ethics," on which the Company Policy is also based, must be applied by anyone who works for or comes into contact with Noberasco.
The "Code of Ethics" is to be considered an integral part of the company's Organization, Management, and Control Model, a document that aims to represent the system of rules, safeguards, and behavioral principles that govern the company's activities in order to prevent crimes and administrative offenses for which Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 applies.

The continuous pursuit of internal and external improvement, the planning of a system capable of ensuring full compliance with applicable mandatory requirements, and a focus on customer satisfaction are among the main objectives that Noberasco pursues with the aim of supporting constant progress while consolidating its competitiveness.
Health and Hygiene Guarantee System
Following HACCP methodology, since 2006 the company has adopted BRC and IFS food safety standards, achieving the highest score (higher level), another tangible sign of the superior quality of Noberasco products.
Organic Certification
Our entire range of dried fruit, soft organic fruit, and bars is BIOAGRICERT certified. We protect the best organic products in the world by selecting suppliers who meet the requirements of European legislation and are internationally accredited. Our decision to produce and promote organic foods since 1999 is a concrete and lasting commitment to consumers and the environment.
Gluten Free Certification
Noberasco is committed to ensuring food safety through rigorous control of raw materials and production processes, guaranteeing the absence of gluten contamination. The Crossed Grain Certification issued by AIC attests to Noberasco's constant attention to consumer needs, offering safe, high-quality products that are also perfect for those following a gluten-free diet.
