Baked stuffed apples with golden grapes, cinnamon, and walnuts

4 Red Delicious apples


30 g of Golden grapes


30 g of walnuts (kernels)


4 tablespoons of wildflower honey


1 lemon

  1. Soak the golden grapes in a bowl of water.
  2. Pour the honey and the juice of half a lemon into a bowl and stir with a fork.
  3. Coarsely chop the walnut halves and add them to the bowl with the honey. Add the drained golden raisins and a pinch of cinnamon, then mix well.
  4. Cut the apples in half, remove the cores, sprinkle them with lemon juice, and fill them with the honey-walnut mixture.
  5. Arrange the apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place a small pat of butter on each apple, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35–40 minutes, until they are tender.
  6. Serve the apples while they're still warm.
