Whistleblowing

In order to create a minimum standard for the protection of whistleblowers’ rights in all Member States, the European Union updated the legislation on the protection of persons reporting infringements of Union law with Directive 2019/1937, and Italy transposed the European Directive with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023.

Noberasco S.p.A. has decided to comply with the above-mentioned legislation and the relevant guidelines issued by ANAC by activating an internal reporting platform through which any person who believes he or she has discovered an offence committed in connection with the company’s activities can report it, even completely anonymously. The reporting procedure guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the report, from the moment it is received and in any subsequent contact.

Noberasco S.p.A. invites its employees, collaborators, business partners and stakeholders in general to make themselves heard in the event of unlawful situations that they may witness or become aware of in the course of their work.
