Whistleblowing
In order to create a minimum standard for the protection of whistleblowers' rights in all Member States, the European Union has renewed the legislation concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law with Directive 2019/1937, and Italy has implemented the European Directive with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023.
Noberasco S.p.A. has decided to comply with the above regulatory requirements, as well as with the guidelines provided in this regard by ANAC, by activating an internal reporting management platform through which anyone who believes they have detected an offense committed in the context of company operations can report it, even completely anonymously. The report management process guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter's identity from the moment the report is received and in all subsequent contacts.
Noberasco S.p.A. encourages its employees, collaborators, business partners, and stakeholders in general to speak up if they witness or become aware of any unlawful situations in the work
