National Account Manager
About the Company
Noberasco S.p.A., a historic company and market leader in the dried fruit and nut sector, is looking for a National Account Manager to join its Italian sales team.
Our company is based in Carcare (SV) and the work will be carried out in a hybrid mode (mainly off-site with periodic meetings at the company).
About the Role
We are looking for a resource who has gained significant sales experience in the food sector, first as a Key Account Manager and then as a National Account Manager, with customers in the Large-Scale Distribution/Retail Trade/Discount channels in Nielsen Area 1 and/or 2.
Main activities:
- Definition of national agreements and price lists with the assigned buying centres (both IDM and MDD side);
- Strategic and operational management of assigned customers, with particular reference to the definition of ranges and promotion plans, store checks, etc;
- New customer development;
- Development of new MDD projects with assigned buying centres, in collaboration with the company’s private label office;
- Analyzing sales data and preparing forecasts in synergy with the Planning/Forecasting Department;
- Preparing the annual budget in relation to the assigned clientele;
- Coordinating all sales representatives working with peripheral customers, including annual shadowing to define second-level agreements and periodic shadowing to define ranges and promotions;
- Supporting the Customer Service Department in the proper management of order processing;
- Monitoring customer sales and margins in order to achieve company budget targets.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in business/management;
- Excellent use of IT tools (especially MS Office Excel and Power Point);
- Dynamism and curiosity, excellent negotiation skills, good interpersonal and teamwork skills combined with good organizational and management skills;
- Willingness to travel;
- For operational reasons, residence/domicile in one of the following regions is required: Lombardy, Veneto, Piedmont.
Pay range and compensation package
- Permanent contract CCNL Commerce and Tertiary Sector
- RAL and salary level based on candidate’s experience

Purchasing Assistant
About the Company
Noberasco S.p.A. is looking for a resource to work in the General Purchasing & Packaging Department at its headquarters in Carcare, Savona.
About the Role
Main Activities:
- Contributing to the implementation of purchasing strategies and policies to ensure harmonization of supplier base and processes globally to ensure proper procurement flow.
- Planning purchases, placing orders, managing relationships with assigned suppliers
- Identifying and qualifying new suppliers and new more favourable sourcing solutions, ensuring achievement of savings targets and expected service levels.
- Managing the testing and validation phases of purchases
- Proposing value-added solutions, developing and implementing practical process improvement measures.
- Supporting the General Technical Purchasing & Packaging Manager in creating and updating internal procedure manuals, document management and related maintenance.
- Supporting the General Technical Purchasing & Packaging Manager in managing negotiations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a technical/scientific/economic/management field
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Ability to use IT tools and management software
- Willingness to travel nationally to visit suppliers
- Dynamism and curiosity, good interpersonal and teamwork skills combined with good organizational and management skills.
Pay range and compensation package
An initial six-month contract will be offered, graded at CCNL Commerce level 5. The possibility of extending the contract may be considered at a later stage.
Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Company
Noberasco S.p.A. is looking for a resource to work in the Quality Department at its headquarters in Carcare, Savona.
About the Role
Main Activities:
- Understand customer supply specifications and production requirements; ensure their dissemination, application, and updates.
- Manage customer complaints and potential returns in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager (cause analysis, planning of corrective actions).
- Develop and monitor product labeling.
- Draft and update finished product technical sheets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in the Food sector.
- Previous experience (even minimal) in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations applicable to the food industry.
- Familiarity with certification requirements (BRC, IFS, AIC).
- Basic knowledge of labeling regulations.
- Teamwork skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
Pay range and compensation package
An initial fixed-term contract is offered, classified at the 5th level of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce (CCNL Commercio).
